Abstract

The article explores the significant influence of talent management on employee performance in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In the context of the UAE's dynamic business environment and diverse workforce, effective talent management practices are crucial for attracting, developing, and retaining skilled individuals. The article emphasizes how these practices contribute to enhanced employee performance, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring organizational success in a competitive market.
