APPLYING USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HR PERFORMANCE: UAE PERSPECTIVE
As organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) strive to enhance their efficiency and competitiveness, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR) management has gained significant attention. This paper explores the application of AI in HR performance within the unique context of the UAE, aiming to understand the challenges, opportunities, and implications for organizational success. The study reviews existing literature on AI in HR and synthesizes insights specific to the UAE's business landscape. The research methodology involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including interviews with HR professionals, surveys, and case studies of organizations that have implemented AI in HR practices.
