Through qualitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews and content analysis, the research sheds light on the perceptions of employees within this sector. The thematic analysis revealed several critical aspects influencing employee attraction, including organizational culture, ethical values, career growth opportunities, work-life balance, and employee well-being. Insights derived from these findings provide essential managerial implications for enhancing employer branding strategies within the rubber-based industry.
