WOMANPRENEUR IN WEST JAVA, BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY FACES LIMITATIONS
A grouping of the main characteristics of Womanpreneurs in West Java, mapping of business conditions and inter-institutional linkages to create a conceptual framework for improving business performance is presented. 1770 MSME’s are used as objects in the clustering of characteristics of women entrepreneurs. Data analysis was performed using the K-Means Cluster method to obtain the clustering of entrepreneurs. Mapping the situation using a rich picture description method and analysis of Customer, Actor, Transformation processes, World View, Owners, Environmental costs (CATWOE) to develop a conceptual framework. Three clusters were formed and there was a significant difference in the number of members of each cluster. The strategy for a sustainable MSME business performance improvement program is a system that involves all stakeholders through integrated coaching and mentoring programs with various related institutions, taking into account the characteristics of women, monitoring and evaluating programs continuously, to improve sustainable business performance in accordance with the characteristics of women.
