A STUDY ON WORKPLACE CULTURE AND ITS IMPACT ON LIFESTYLE
Everyone's life now revolves on change, even those in the corporate world. Despite being required to adapt their routine operations, most workplaces had varying attitudes toward change. The purpose of this study is to determine how workplace culture-related changes in lifestyle impact businesses. Furthermore, examine how to adopt lifestyle changes due to workplace culture. Employers must most importantly show a commitment to health and wellness that is fully linked with their mission, values, and long-term vision, paving the path for long-term lifestyle improvements. Developing friendships with, taking an interest in, and caring for one's co-workers. Helping one another, especially by being compassionate and understanding toward those who are suffering. Averting charges and overlooking mistakes. Inspiring one another in work. Proving the significance of the work. Showing one another thanks, respect, trust, and honesty.
