Abstract

This paper presents a detailed overview of the methodology used to investigate the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of corporate sustainability in China's retail industry during the post-zero COVID restriction period. Against the backdrop of fast-evolving international business practices and the unique challenges brought about by the global pandemic, it is essential to understand the drivers of sustainable success in this specific context. It covers key research-related aspects, including conceptual and methodological foundations, underlying philosophical perspectives, target population, sample size, sampling techniques, and tools for data collection and analysis.
