Abstract

Amid global digital transformation, e-commerce drives China’s economic restructuring, with tech giants leading. Anhui, a key eastern hub, achieved 25% annual e-commerce growth (2018-2023) to 2.8 trillion yuan in 2023, outpacing the national 18%. Tech giants invest heavily here but face infrastructure gaps and regulatory challenges. This study uses mixed methods and theories to analyze factors shaping their operations and performance, providing insights for stakeholders.
