EVALUATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER PROSPECTIVE TRAINING MODEL BASED ON KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN INDONESIA
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a training model for prospective elementary school teachers based on knowledge management system in improving their performance as professional teachers. The evaluation model used was the Kickpatrick model. The results showed that the teacher competency development training model can improve the performance of professional teachers. The ten competencies contained in the training model are supporting competencies to strengthen other teacher competencies. The results showed that in the pretest, the smallest average score was in the competency of ethical maturity and the largest average score was in the aspect of compelling communication. In the posttest, the average lowest score is found in the resilience aspect, while the average highest score is in the continuous learning aspect. This training model greatly contributes to supporting the four main competencies of teachers, namely pedagogical, personal, social, and professional.
