Abstract

With the deepening application of big data mining and natural language processing technologies, the emotional elements in public discourse are constantly being mined and presented, and the concept of "emotional resonance" has been proposed and gained more and more attention. This paper focuses on the phenomenon of online emotional resonance in public emergencies. Based on the information ecology theory, it explores the information factors, information people factors, information technology factors, and information environment factors. On this basis, based on the design of the management system, the construction of the legal system, and the optimization of the technological system, it systematically explores the strategy system of online emotional governance in public emergencies under the empowerment of the new technology, in order to realize effective emotion channeling and social governance.
