THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE AT PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA AT THAMRIN BRANCH
This study was aimed to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia at Thamrin Branch. It used a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled; sample amounted as 53 employees. The data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire method; while the data analysis technique used a quantitative approach by using SEM-PLS statistical analysis. The data processing used the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of this study prove that directly (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (6) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, (7 ) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. It can be concluded that job satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership style on employee performance; and job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia at Thamrin Branch.
