The introduction of information systems is an improvement in the conservation of water resources in Indonesia today in reality it is still not optimally utilized by the community where water resources are a need that cannot be released in improving the welfare of human life, in this sector the government has an important role in efforts to change The behavior of the community in receiving information on the water resource management system where the water resource information management system is unavoidable and very much required for the general public in everyday life and this can have an impact on organizational performance if this information cannot reach the community specifically water users . Government steps have also been taken to support and encourage the acceleration of the water resource information system through the management of the water resource information system, including by increasing the development of a water source information management system through the scope of work in the Cidurian-Cisadane Watershed Management work unit in the Banten Province area which based on administrative authority is limited by the authority of the Ministry Public Works and Public Housing delegated by the Ciliwung-Cisadane Center. However, in addition to building a water resources information system, the government's challenges to develop human resources. If this can be done quickly and on target to water users, then all water problems in Indonesia can have an important role in the life cycle of water resource infrastructure.
