PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL “LEVEL OF SATISFACTION” OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE TELECOM SECTOR
Employees are the main and important asset for any business company that enhances success of the business company. The satisfaction of the personal and professional life of an employee in the telecom industry leads to an increase in the popularity and profitability of the business industry. The satisfaction in the personal and professional life of the employee is played an important role in the growth and development of the telecom industry. Recruiting more employees in the “telecom” industry is not sufficient for the business industry to make more customers circle of the company. In this research, the primary quantitative research method has been considered for gathering the relevant information. In this case, survey has been performed by including 13 questions. The data gathered from the survey has been analyses by using SPSS tool. Findings are based on the SPSS analysis for analyzing there are various kinds of issues and problems also for the job satisfaction of the employee in the “telecom” industry and the issues and problems hampered the connection of the “telecom” department with the customers. The current issues that faced the employee in “telecom” in the present days have also affect the communication between the customers and the “telecom” department.
