ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE, WORK FACILITIES AND PROVISION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH MOTIVATION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE IN CONTRACTING COMPANIES

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and information from employees at PT. Putera Jaya Andalan, both from the Technical Division, Auction Division, and Finance and taxation division, regarding the influence of leadership style, work facilities, and information technology on employee performance at the contractor company PT. Prince Jaya Andalan. The subjects that the researchers used in this study were employees of PT. Prince Jaya Andalan. The research objects used in this study are (1) leadership style, (2) employee work facilities, (3) provision of information technology for employees, (4) employee motivation, and (5) employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Putera Jaya Andalan, with as many as 80 employees. The number of samples in this study was 80 people, namely all employees of PT. Prince Jaya Andalan. In this study, researchers used techniques Non-Probability Sampling and the type of sampling using saturated sampling. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample or non-probability from existing respondents. The type of data used is primary data with an ordinal scale. Technique Scaling uses a Likert scale. In this study, the analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis methods. Results Study this is that transformational leadership style and work facilities significantly affect the work motivation and performance of employees of PT. Prince Jaya Andalan. Then the provision of information technology has a significant and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Prince Jaya Andalan. However, the provision of information technology has no significant positive effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Prince Jaya Andalan. Meanwhile, motivation influences and is signed on the work motivation of employees of PT. Prince Jaya Andalan.
