Abstract

A teacher's certificate is evidence that their competence has been recognized. The professional allowance for teachers satisfies the requirement for greater professionalism in order to deliver higher-quality instruction. The welfare of teachers might also be enhanced via teacher professional allowances. This study was carried out to assess both the planned and actual effects of the certification policy on junior high school instructors. Qualitative-descriptive is the research methodology used. Six instructors served as the research's primary informants. The steps of data collection, reduction, presentation, and analysis were used to carry out the study technique. This study discovered that the certification policy had an effect that was consistent with certification's goal, namely the development of professional teachers. The expected outcome demonstrates that teacher certification has improved instructors' skill and competency in designing productive learning environments. The welfare and dignity of teachers have improved as a result of teacher certification. The practical effects of teacher certification have increased the affluence of teachers' lifestyles. The learning program will be improved more frequently if a lesson plan is created for each lesson and reviewed by the school principal.
