MANAGEMENT OF RELATIONS BETWEEN STATE BUDGET REVENUES AND KOSOVO’S GROSS LOCAL PRODUCTION THROUGH QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS
The aim of this study is to conduct a quantitative analysis between Kosovo's state budget revenues and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the years 2008-2021. I will do this analysis using the simple linear regression econometric model. Then, the mathematical model deals with the relationship and relationship between these macroeconomic quantities through the moment of inertia (gravity) and the coordinates of the centre of gravity of the plane line. In this way, the optimal ratio of these two macroeconomic extents of the Republic of Kosovo has been determined. Determining the optimal ratios helps to establish the balance and consequently the economic development of the country.
