EMPLOYEE FIT WITH ORGANIZATION CULTURE AND ITS EFFECTS ON EMPLOYEE RETENTION, JOB PERFORMANCE AND JOB SATISFACTION
This study investigates the relationship between employee fit with organizational culture and its impact on job satisfaction, performance, and retention. Drawing on a sample of 46 participants from various professional backgrounds, the research explores how alignment between individual personality traits and organizational values influences key workplace outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach—including structured surveys and open-ended interviews—the study examines employees’ perceptions of cultural compatibility and its effect on their motivation and engagement levels. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS to test three core hypotheses concerning the effects of cultural fit on retention, job performance, and satisfaction. Although the results did not yield statistically significant support for the hypotheses, the findings offer valuable qualitative insights into employee attitudes and suggest that perceived cultural alignment does influence workplace behavior and morale. The study concludes with practical recommendations for leaders and human resource professionals to strengthen organizational culture and improve employee experiences through strategic hiring, inclusive leadership, and communication practices.
