The findings also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (&= 0.05) between the respondents’ grades of gender in the role of the educational supervisor in supporting the teacher in Zaatari camp. The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (&= 0.05) between the categories of years of experience in the role of the educational supervisor in developing the educational process in Zaatari camp.
