Abstract

Human resources are vital contributors to the sustainable growth of any organization. Measuring these human resources effectively acts as a differentiating factor for organizational growth. In this regard, HR metrics act as a guiding force that enables HR managers to quantify human resources across various HR functions. HR Metrics provides evidence-based data which facilitates HR managers to take strategic decisions to manage HR effectively. The study is descriptive in nature and the literature has been explored to gain insights into HR Metrics. The paper aims at analyzing the role of HR Metrics in quantifying HR functions and using these HR data to implement strategic decisions in the organization for managing HR effectively.
