Abstract

Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to apply new innovative technology for agricultural production and to plan them optimally. A particular action plan has been designed to alleviate the manufacturer's challenges in the manufacturing process, minimize product loss, and assure efficiency. Research method : A questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews were used to obtain primary data from 138 farmers in Tovuz and Gazakh region. According to the research, production and technical operation aspects, as well as interrelationship elucidation were studied using a systematic approach, mass service theory, stochastic programming, and statistical analytic methodologies. Findings : The findings of this study are important for improving the technical operation system and implementing resource-saving measures in small-scale companies and production cooperatives in Azerbaijan's economic districts with distinct soil and climate characteristics in order to increase productivity. The findings are crucial for all agricultural institutions, as well as research institutes, in order to execute better plans, build a positive attitude, and improve the complex indicator of Azerbaijan's total level of productivity and technical operation. Limitations : The limited availability of field data was a constraint during the study. Value : The findings of this study are important for improving the technical operation system and using resource-saving strategies in small firms and production cooperatives in Azerbaijan's economic region with distinctive soil and climate characteristics in order to increase productivity.
