Abstract

The new normal has put forth many challenges in educational system. The diverse challenges faced by educational leadership. Numerous ethical issues rise relating the use and study of educational technologies. A common concern includes the digital difference and the level to which the overview of novel technologies is on high side in the digital divide that pushes backs some scholars while promoting others. The work identifies ethical pressures inherent in educational leadership and steps to resolve the issues utilizing tools and technology. This work offers an initial framework for formulation of ethical decisions with respect to technical advancements in educational technologies. It also attempts to identify the issues associated with operation of educational technologies.
