STUDY ON IMPACT OF DIMENSIONS OF POLITICAL SKILLS ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR
The present study aims to analyze the relationship between the political skill of employees, and Organizational Citizenship behavior. Political skill may affect employees’ attitude as well as the close relationship between leaders and employees. In turn, Qualities of employee, Negotiation or Manipulation will positively impact organization. This study used a questionnaire and was conducted in manufacturing sector of Gujarat India. Questionnaires were properly filled and 40 respondents were considered fit to be used in the study. Level of significance was observed between the dimensions of political skills and dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior. Regression equation were prepared to observe the impact of dimensions of political skills on the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior. The results showed that political skill positively affected dimensions of organizational behavior.
