INTERNATIONAL LEGAL AND CONSULTATIVE EFFORTS IN ENHANCING CYBER SECURITY
The study aimed to identify the international legal and consultative efforts in enhancing cyber security. The study included both the legal approach by referring to national and international laws in relation to cyber security, and the descriptive analytical approach in describing the consultative efforts and international meetings in the field of enhancing cyber security to answer its questions. The study shows that the great interest of the international community and its stakeholders in the issue of cyber security; Based on several factors, the most important of which is the power that cyber represents in the twenty-first century, and the conviction of countries that whoever possesses cyber power has an important defensive and offensive response at the same time, and it turns out that the international community has made and is still making great efforts to enhance cyber security Legal and legislative sides, it is the international conferences and meetings that brought together countries with the aim which is consultation, joint discussion, and conclusion of results followed by an executive decision.
