Abstract

The gap phenomenon shows a decline in SMEs business actors even though within one year, there has also been no significant growth, which indicates that supply chain management practices have not been carried out properly. This research was conducted on small and medium industries in the city of Semarang, especially those that process small snacks. This research is included in the type of causal research. The initial population is 250 small confectionery entrepreneurs. For this study, the sample used was confectionary SMEs owners in the city of Semarang as many as 120 people with the criteria of being a business actor who had been doing business for 10 years. The output of data processing shows that the results of testing the effect of information sharing on SCM can be concluded that information sharing has an influence on SCM. The results of testing the influence of cooperation on SCM can be concluded that cooperation has no effect on SCM. Business performance. The results of testing the effect of cooperation on business performance can be concluded that cooperation has a positive influence on business performance. The results of testing the effect of long term relationships on business performance can be concluded that long term relationships have no influence on business performance. And, the results of testing the effect of SCM on business performance can be concluded that competitive advantage has an influence on business performance
