In recent years, with the continuous advancement of science and technology and the progression of the digital era, data publishing has emerged as a hot topic in the publishing field, with significant growth in related research. To illustrate the current status, development, and trends in data publishing research, this paper employs a combined methodology of scientometrics and scientific knowledge graph analysis based on literature analysis. Utilizing CiteSpace software for data processing and analysis of data publishing literature samples, it summarizes key research topics across different stages of data publishing. The study explores the developmental trends and dynamic directions of data publishing as a frontier business model within the publishing industry, aiming to provide theoretical references and insights for further research in this field.
