Abstract

Service quality in community healthcare encountered shortages of workers, as well as insufficient facilities and services. Despite extensive research on service quality, there remains a dearth of literature exploring models that incorporate organizational commitment, workplace spirituality, and team effectiveness. This research employs a quantitative causal method by utilizing a structural equation model (SEM) to establish the best-fit model for understanding the interplay of variables. The findings revealed a significant relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. The findings also depicted that the generated model 3 was the best-fit model and successfully passed all the tests for a reasonable fit.
