Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze (i) the influence of Collaborative Network, Information technology, Entrepreneurial Orientation on Financial Resilience. (ii) the influence of Collaborative Network, Information technology, Entrepreneurial Orientation on Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion and innovation capability. (iii) the influence of Collaborative Network, Information technology, Entrepreneurial Orientation on Financial Resilience through Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion and innovation capability. (iv)The influence of Financial Quotient in moderating the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion on Financial Resilience. This study explains the causal relationship between variables; data collection is carried out by survey methods on the entire population of 150 batik micro entrepreneurs in Surakarta. The source of data is primary data obtained directly from respondents based on questionnaire results. The data analysis technique used the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the Collaborative Network, Information technology, Entrepreneurial Orientation variables had a significant positive effect on Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion and innovation capability. The Collaborative Network variable has no significant effect on Financial Resilience; Information technology has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Resilience. Collaborative Network, Information technology, Entrepreneurial Orientation have a significant positive effect on Financial Resilience through Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion and innovation capability. Financial Quotient can moderate the influence of Financial Inclusion on Financial Resilience. Meanwhile, Financial Quotient cannot moderate the influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Resilience.
