This study aims to examine the implementation of the principle of good faith in the agreement between PT Pertamina (Persero) Riau Branch and SPPBE PT Putra Sindo Indragiri Hilir related to the filling and transportation of LPG gas has provided justice for the parties, especially the investors, namely SPPBE. PT Putra Sindo gets benefits in the form of Filing Fee and Transportation Fee from PT Pertamina (Persero).
