THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP AND WORK MOTIVATION ON BROADCASTING HIGHER EDUCATION A CASE STUDY IN STMM ‘MMTC’ JOGJAKARTA
Each university want produces graduate students who are able to adapt to the dynamics of social, economic and cultural life in the transformation of digital technology that continues to develop rapidly. Universities must be able to design the design of the learning process to change the curriculum based on the Merdeka Campus, Merdeka Learning. The STMMTC chairman or leader or chancellor recruits their lecturers through an "open bidding" process by the ministry so that the winners come from bureaucrats who may not have a background in management education. Therefore, this study provided empirical evidence as a strategy to improve lecturers' performance related to leadership and work motivation. The researchers conducted direct observations by interviewing 115 respondents as the total number of lecturers at STMM ‘MMTC’, with a quantitative research model. This study showed the positive effect, leadership and motivation were factors that can improve the lectures’ performance.
