THE IMPACT OF RECRUITMENT ON ENHANCING HIRING PROCESS: MEDIATING ROLE OF TALENT TESTS AT JORDANIAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES
The study aimed to investigate the impact of recruitment in its sub-dimensions (internal recruitment and external recruitment) on enhancing the hiring process with its sub-dimensions (applications screeniapplicantnt's comparison, and selecting decision) through talent tests role as moderator variable in Jordanian telecommunication companies The descriptive analytical method was used. The study population covered (3) Jordanian companies, namely (Zain, Orange, and Umniah), and comprehensive survey method sampling was used with a total number is (255) employees. The study used the SPSS program for the statistical analysis and testing of the study hypotheses. The study results indicate a positive impact of recruitment with its sub-dimensions (internal recruitment and external recruitment) on enhancing hiring process with its dimensions (applications screening, applicant's comparison, and selecting decision) in Jordanian telecom companies at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05). The study recommends Jordanian telecom companies to adopt special electronic applications that are carried on social media for the purposes of external polarization due to their technical advantages in terms of coverage and speed of access to competencies with appropriate qualifications to facilitate the tasks of the committees for screening, comparison, tests, selection and appointment decision for the best competencies of.
