Abstract

This research was carried out at Medan State University, Jln. Willem IskandarPasar V Medan Estate. The research implementation time is planned for April 2024, for 4 months, then for the next 2 months in the form of trials and monitoring carried out from various trials through video matches and also the implementation of matches in the field to test the application. The method used in this research uses development research. Research in this learning model uses a quantitative approach and uses the Research & Development (R & D) development model. The conclusion of this research is that the results of the assessment of 30 athletes and students regarding the Training Model and Data Processing of Plyometric Training Results on Biomotor Development in the Application-Based Long Jump Number of Athletics Branch gave a total percentage of 84.78%. The assessment results from 4 athletic trainers in Medan City regarding the Training Model and Data Processing of Plyometric Training Results on Biomotor Development in the Application-Based Long Jump Number of Athletics Branch gave a total percentage of 89.06%. Then the effectiveness test obtained a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so according to the basis of decision making in the paired samples T Test test, it can be concluded that there are differences in the training model and data processing of plyometric training results on biomotor development in the long jump athletics branch based on the application of the pretest group and the posttest group. on biomotor abilities.
