SIGNIFICANCE OF DESTINATION MARKETING: ASSESSING THE ROLE OF EMOTIONAL SOLIDARITY TOWARDS VISIT AGAIN ON THE LONE MOUNTAINOUS ISLAND OF BANGLADESH
Emotional solidarity plays important function for tourism through maintaining multiple emotional factors that results a strong positive and sustainable scenario for a destination. It is developed in studies that emotional solidary has a good acceptance in further intention to revisit for a destination. This study has clubbed the developed three scales as major objectives in examining to find how it react on tourist to create revisit intention. The study is developed on lone mountainous island of Bangladesh with those respondents that are financial capable to revisit the place and how emotional solidarity has been accepted to their thoughts for such. Several findings have been noted by the authors. First, emotional solidary are partially looked as important factor for destination marketing organization (DMOs) for the particular destination which has taken the concept to back forth. Second, although all the three scales of emotional solidarity are accepted towards revisit intention still results doesn’t seem so well feet and having healthy scenario in domestic tourism industry. Furthermore, it is the first study on this factor of emotional solidarity towards tourism industry of Bangladesh so for what shortage of literature review has been observed on working with the factor of emotional solidarity towards intention to revisit. With this spirit of gaps, the conclusions are made in the arena’s existing meta knowledge, recommendations are offered tourism practitioners of the country that can be well valued to same situation on others.
