UTILIZATION OF INDONESIAN LANGUAGE AS FORMAL COMMUNICATION FOR LANGUAGE TRAINING TEACHING MATERIALS FOR VILLAGE GOVERNMENT APPARATUS
Indonesian is a unified language used throughout Indonesia as the official language of the state. Training for government officials is a non-formal education process used to improve their competencies. Teaching materials are guides used in training activities that will use Indonesian as the formal language. The purpose of this research is to make Indonesian which is used in the training of village officials as the main language in the learning process using the guide of teaching materials. The method used is a literature review that uses references related to training. The results of the research become cuan teaching materials in the implementation of training for government officials. The implication is that all government apparatus training implementers will have communication using the same Indonesian language.
