THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED JOB SATISFACTION AT THE INDUSTRY AND TRADE DEPARTMENT OF BALI PROVINCE
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Bali Province Industry and Trade Office, the sample of this study was 80 employees at the Bali Province Industry and Trade Office. Analysis The technique used in this research is Smart-software PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that organizational culture and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
