Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of culture of innovation, self-efficacy, and information technology and quality management on employee performance through personal knowledge management. A quantitative approach used in this study based on survey to108 employees of Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP). Data obtained were analysed by using structural equation modelling (SEM) with Smart PLS version 3.0. The results show that information technology and quality management had significant influence on personal knowledge management. Employee performance was significantly affected by personal knowledge management. Moreover, quality management had significant impact on employee performance through personal knowledge management. The implications were discussed further in this study.
